Your transferred files can be placed on a USB flash drive so you can open them on compatible computers and easily make additional copies for safekeeping.
Cloud Digital Delivery
We can also provide your transferred files through digital cloud delivery, making it easy to download them and share copies with family members.

We also duplicate CDs and DVDs for $5 per copy.

Most customers want the contents of an old CD or DVD moved into modern digital storage. Others simply need additional physical copies of a disc. We can help with both.

We access the readable contents of your CD or DVD and move those files into modern delivery such as a USB flash drive or cloud download.

This is the best choice when you want to stop relying on an old disc and make the contents easier to view, save, copy or share.

PHYSICAL COPIES
Duplicate a CD or DVD
If you want additional physical copies of an eligible CD or DVD, we can duplicate the disc rather than converting its contents to another delivery method.

This can be useful for family distributions, events, personal recordings and other non-copyrighted material.

Duplication price: $5 per copy.
A $30 minimum applies per media format.

Personal and Family Discs Are the Best Fit

Most of the CDs and DVDs we work with contain family photos, home movies, personal audio, documents, backups and other customer-created material.

You do not need to know exactly what is on every disc before getting started. Here are answers to some of the questions customers ask most often.

What kinds of CDs and DVDs can you convert?
We work with personal and family CDs and DVDs that contain readable photos, home videos, audio recordings, documents and other digital files. If you are not sure what is on a disc, that is fine — we can inspect it as part of the project.
What if my discs are unlabeled or I do not know what is on them?
That is very common. You do not need to sort or identify every disc before sending them. If the disc is readable, we can determine what accessible content is on it and transfer eligible files into modern storage.
How will I receive the transferred files?
Most customers choose a USB flash drive, cloud digital delivery, or both. The best option depends on how you plan to view, save and share the files.
Do I get my original CDs and DVDs back?
Yes. Your original discs are returned to you when your project is complete, along with the digital delivery method you selected.
Can you duplicate CDs and DVDs too?
Yes. We can make additional physical copies of eligible, non-copyrighted CDs and DVDs. Duplication is $5 per copy.
How much does CD or DVD conversion cost?
CD and DVD transfer is $12 per disc. A $30 minimum applies per media format. Additional physical disc copies are $5 each.
Can you transfer commercially released movies or music?
Commercially released movies, music, software and other copyrighted material may not be eligible for transfer or duplication. Personal recordings and customer-created material are generally the best fit. Contact us if you are unsure about a particular disc.
Can I ship my discs to Memory Fortress?
Yes. Most customers ship their materials to us. We recommend sturdy packaging and a major carrier with tracking. Once your discs arrive, they are checked in and handled by our in-house team.
Can I bring my discs to you in person?
Yes. Local customers are welcome to bring CDs and DVDs to our Atlanta location at 2250 North Druid Hills Road NE, Suite 128, Atlanta, GA 30329.
